Jersey Maker has dedicated itself to providing custom sports apparel solutions with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We take pride in our service quality, and in the rare event that an error occurs on our part, we ensure swift replacement and resolution. Customers must notify our customer service team within 15 days of receiving their order before returning any items. All of our products are crafted specifically for you; hence, if a mistake was made by us, we will facilitate the return and replacement process, covering any additional shipping costs incurred.

Important Considerations:

• Design: You are in control of your design, and we honor that by making no changes. Please ensure all content is accurate, as you are responsible for the final design.

• Colors: While we strive for color accuracy, we can't guarantee an exact match due to device display variations. We use the industry-standard CMYK color spectrum for all sports apparel.

• Accuracy: Occasionally, minor adjustments may be needed, such as refining a pixelated image or adjusting logo placement. Such small changes will be made without notification, while any major changes will only occur with your consent.

• Fit: Our products are designed to be slightly oversized for comfort and performance. Please consult the size chart to determine precise sizing.

• Delivery: Real-time production timelines are available at the bottom of the design page. Shipping times will vary based on the selected shipping method.
