If your order has not yet entered processing, we would be happy to make revisions. Otherwise, you may need to place a new order for any additional items you require or return any items that could not be stopped from shipping.

Our design team carefully reviews each submitted order. If we notice any uploaded images that seem incorrect, we will make the necessary adjustments. In the event of a significant change, we will notify you before proceeding with the modifications.

Every uploaded element is reviewed by our design team. In fact, 80% of designs requiring revisions are rectified by a Jersey Maker designer. If a design presents issues that go beyond a simple fix, we will reach out to the customer to discuss alternative solutions.

Names, numbers, logos, and other relevant elements will be scaled according to the size of the product ordered. If customers desire uniform customization across different sizes, it is essential to clearly state this requirement in the designated order notes. Without explicit instructions, adjustments will be made proportionately to match the size specifications of the ordered items.

We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your device's screen settings will accurately reflect the final product. As a result, we cannot ensure that the colors will match your screen. However, the colors we offer are considered industry standard. The positioning of our graphics and design elements remains consistent across all sizes, so what you see is what you get. (Please note that our “Effects Patterns” may vary; they are intentionally designed to be unique and will not be identical on every jersey.)

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed during our regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM. Any orders placed after hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day, including rush orders (which take 7 business days). Since we print and sew to order, a specific amount of manufacturing time is required. If you need your order sooner than 7 business days, we recommend using our online chat feature or calling us during normal business hours for assistance.

All of our products are custom-made specifically for you, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if an error occurs on our part, we will gladly remake your order and accept the return of the incorrect product.
